What to know about sending products

We ship to US addresses and select Canadian addresses only.
Shipping cost to non-US customers is cost prohibitive, (then add in VAT, and other costs), and it gets expensive.

 

Packages are shipped so that you get your order as quickly as possible. We will use the fastest, most economical method, depending on the weight of the order.
In general, this means USPS Priority Mail.

 

Regarding USPS.. USPS claim most packages will be delivered within two to three days once they are shipped.

Some post offices and postal carriers are more effective than others, so results may vary.

We do NOT ship products on Saturdays or Sundays, and Friday last shipments end at Noon Eastern time.

We will send you the tracking number once products are dropped off at the post office, and we get the information.

All Orders have have a flat shipping fee.

Although we try to accomodate special requests, depending on time and expectations, EXPEDITED orders may be possible...but you need to contact us as soon as you can.
